In this role, Cappello will lead Vitaquest’s commercial organization and help drive the company’s continued growth, customer engagement, innovation, and market expansion.

Cappello brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across consumer health, healthcare, and branded businesses, with a track record of building high-performing teams, developing growth strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and creating long-term enterprise value.

Cappello brings extensive commercial leadership experience across the consumer health industry, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Helen of Troy. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Sanofi, Bayer Consumer Care, and Merck Consumer Care, where he helped drive growth across leading consumer health brands.

Throughout his career, Luigi has led growth initiatives spanning brand strategy, innovation, portfolio management, omnichannel development, e-commerce, organizational transformation, and strategic investment. His combination of consumer health experience and commercial expertise will support Vitaquest as the company continues to expand its capabilities and help its customers bring innovative nutritional products to market.
