The acquisition of LangeTech represents a significant growth opportunity for SJE to continue scaling its Engineered Control Solutions (ECS) business unit. This marks SJE's seventh acquisition since 2021 and the second in 2025.

Founded in 2002, LangeTech Inc. specializes in comprehensive system integration and automation solutions, serving industries with a wide array of technical services.
