WINNIPEG, MB: Summer is the season for getting together with the people who matter most. In an industry that has become increasingly remote and transactional, Constant C believes that the best business is still done face to face. That belief was on full display this summer as the company hosted its first ever Summer Kickoff event, welcoming clients, partners, and members of the community for an afternoon of connection and celebration.

The invite-only event was Constant C's way of saying "thank you" to the clients, partners, and community members who have helped the company thrive across its 40 years in business. It was also an opportunity to give back. Through the generosity of attendees, the event raised $1,000 in support of the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter, a cause close to the hearts of the Constant C team.

"Our business focuses on digital and information technology. Our team believes in the power of technology to bring people together, and in a world where people increasingly believe that technology is creating distance between us, we wanted to remind everyone that there is a better way," said Jason Kolaski, the President and CEO of Constant C Technology Group. "This event gave us the chance to talk with our clients, partners, and members of our community face to face, and to celebrate 40 years of business success together."

The event was held at Constant C's offices at 100 Innovation Drive, known as the SMARTpark Innovation Hub. The 75,000 square foot facility opened in 2019, is LEED Silver Certified, and houses several other businesses, including the North Forge Coworking Space.

"2026 was an incredible year for a special celebration," said Kolaski. "Last year, we were selected as a National Finalist at the 2025 MSP Titans of the Industry Awards in Beverly Hills, California, and this year marked our 40th anniversary as a company. Bringing everyone together to celebrate that milestone, and to support a great local cause, was everything we hoped it would be."

Encouraged by the success of this year's gathering, Constant C has already begun planning the second annual Summer Kickoff for 2027. While details remain under wraps, the company is looking forward to making the event an annual tradition that grows with each passing year.

"This was just the beginning," Kolaski added. "We were thrilled with how this year came together, and we cannot wait to make next year's Summer Kickoff even bigger and better. This is a celebration we hope our community looks forward to for years to come."
